Musikoma Village in Bungoma County police have launched a manhunt for a 38 year old man who allegedly assaulted a 10 year old boy after he lost 100 shillings when he was sent to a shop to buy milk on Thursday night.
According to the boy’s mother Ruth Nasipwoni Juma, the father has assaulted the boy on several occasions when he was drunk but this time he used a panga on the boy's legs, hand, and toes.
The boy suffered serious injuries after his father allegedly got home drunk and gave him a thorough beating after the loss of the Ksh 100.
Nasipwoni is also accusing her husband of threatening to kill her since he married a second wife
She now fears for her life and pledges the police to take action before he commits another offence and the bungoma OCPD is currently investigating the matter
